Buffet started buying shares when he was 11, from money he earnt from collecting and selling golf balls. Whilst in high school he started a pinball machine business. By graduation, he also had brought himself forty acres of Nebraskan farmland with his profit.

Whilst attending college in Nebraska, Buffet invested in a Texaco station and some real estate, but neither was succesful. After taking a course by Dale Carnegie, Buffet began teaching night classes at the University of Omaha.

Warren Buffet started his entrepreneurial life whilst studying, so why can’t you?

Whilst at Stowe School Richard Branson started his first major entrepreneurial adventure, he set up a magazine called Student when he was just 16. His Headteacher once told him, “Branson, you will either go to prison or be a millionaire”.
